E	Evelyn Mattes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I placed an order for a beveled mirror, they said they would call me with a quote, after a week; they never did, and I had to call them to get the quote. I ordered the mirror about 3 weeks ago because we had an open house last week and they said it would take about 2 weeks. I called to see what happened and now they said that the mirror broke and they had to order a new one. Well why didn’t they called me in the first place? I would have canceled the order, I no longer need this mirror. I asked them to cancel it and they refused to because it is now in production AGAIN.....Horrible service. Will never consider doing business with them again.

C	Caitlin Arnold on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible company to deal with. They are hardly professional and their work is sub par at best. They didn't bother to use drop cloths, scratching my hardwood floors. They left shards of nails in the carpet in our bedrooms, including in my young children's rooms. They spent more time complaining and fixing their own work than they did actually installing the windows. The 1 week job took 2, and they still had to come back later (after we called to remind them) to reinstall windows that they ordered in the incorrect size. They installed the trim with one nail to a four foot piece, which meant the trim literally fell off the walls. When they reinstalled them they didn't bother to make sure the nails were in all the way and left dangerous nails sticking out all over the place. When water started pouring into our basement under one of the windows they installed they claimed that is it the fault of our drain (which oddly was fine for the last 30 years, even though the previous windows were wood), and had nothing to do with the fact that they installed it on an exposed piece of plywood that is now rotting away. Please save yourself the hassle!

Was informed that no one had taken any notes about my quote, and that nobody remembers talking with me. Funny it shows up on my call logs. Tried for another quote and was hung up on. This place is a joke at best.

They have also helped us out with our commercial buildings. Our new front entrance turned out great!!! They are always responsive and fantastic to work with. Thanks for being a standup company. Robb

Never contact me back. Say they are going to do something and they never do. All they are good at is sending out a bill and demand money. I will not be paying until the job is done right. It had been 8 months....unbelievable. I also talked to manager warren and he assured me that things would get fixed. That was like 5 months ago. No phone call. No nothing. Just a bill sent. Do not go to this place, you will regret it. I know I have.

They came looked at it greesed the hinges and left never came back I have called again still not fix. Wouldn't recommend this place at all This is the door I still have never heard back from this place I don't recommend this place at all . Spoke many times to Ty. What a waste of time that was I even went into the store and Ty told me someone would come out and fix my door. I can see outside at the bottom my door is not even installed right
