Floors were dirtier after than before starting. Overpromised and underdelivered. Would have been better off doing it myself. Absolutely no difference was made. It’s like picking up clothes at the dry-cleaners and then going home to iron them yourself. Do not recommend.

My tiles in 3 washrooms were destroyed. They weren't properly sealed and they were damaged by product used in the past. I didn't think it was possible to fix it . The guys worked so hard and my tiles in all washrooms look amazing now! so happy!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Owen’s lack of professionalism was astonishing. My mother had to have the premium package for marble restoration, and saved up for the job. After the job was done, I called my mom to ask how it went and she was in tears over how dirty the floors were. She had come home and had to clean up the mess, and barely noticed a difference. She also did a water test on the floors to check the sealing and the water did not bead as it should have if the floors were sealed. My mom emailed Owen to express her concerns and provide feedback, and was only met with a patronizing response that turned the blame on her. That was really disappointing to have him respond in a way that turned the blame on my mom who was just providing him with feedback about how the job did not meet the expectations what were communicated to her. After hearing this, I decided to call Owen on behalf of my mom in hopes to have a conversation about the work that was done and figure out the best resolution. Unfortunately, the phone call barely lasted 1 minute because when I explained that I was calling on behalf of my mom - Owen was instantly agitated and cut me off. Owen barely let me explain why I was even calling, and kept talking over me telling me to have my mom call. Owen, if you had taken the time to listen- I was calling to say that my mom was so shaken and upset after saving for this for over 2 years to have you treat her like that.. that it was best that I call to try and have a CONVERSATION with you. After barely getting a word in, Owen hung up the phone on me and would not answer after I called back. How disappointing that you couldn't even have a professional conversation. By the way- it is 100% normal that customers would have someone call on their behalf if they are upset so that the phone call doesn't turn sour. But, you did a great job at ruining this further. Judging by your response to negative reviews on Google and Home Stars, it seems that you do not take nicely to negative feedback. It is not professional to blame your customers over the poor work and experience that YOU give to them. If they are writing you feedback, it's a good opportunity to look at what could be improved in the future. But from what I can tell based on the service you provided to my mom, the conversation with me, and your online presence ... you don't seem to want to care about your relationships with your clients, or have a desire to improve your workmanship or negative relationships. I am disgusted with Owen's lack of professionalism throughout this experience. Not only did you not provide the service that was paid for, but you also gaslit my mom, patronized her, cut me off, talked over me, and hang up the phone on me.... just to name a few things. For all those considering TilesRus- reconsider taking your business elsewhere. This service is not only a complete waste of money, but you will also be met with zero professionalism.

Tilerus thank you so much for such an outstanding and exception work, I cannot be any happier with the wonderful work you did to my shower. It looks sparkling clean like I just newly installed them. Comparing the before and after picture makes you work even more commendable. I appreciate your professionalism as well with making sure your work was tidy. I will highly recommend Tilesrus to anyone looking for an expert.

Amazing job! I knew our shower stall needed work but seeing the after shows how bad it was. It was a 4 hour job, well worth the price.

Owen did a great job! He took time upfront to learn about the scope of the project and gave me a lot of information in terms of what to expect from (the tile and restoration service) in advance. This was greatly appreciated. As for the job he did, it is transformative! It really is a shower restoration. I will not hesitate to call him again or recommend. With thanks!
