She was friendly and intuitive; making a stylish suggestion I hadn't considered, just looking at a couple of pictures on my phone. I went home with a few options to try and her suggestion was right on the money. I'll be heading back to buy the amount I need. The tile is going to look great in my bathroom and kitchenette area! j	joyful lynn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought kitchen tiles from Tile Town Edmonton West about 5 years ago. I noted that I had a cracked tile last year. I went back to the same store and gave them a sample. They told me that they had no more stock. I told them that I would leave behind my sample so that they could check whether they could order the same tile from somewhere else. I called a few days later and I had the same answer that there was no way to order the same tile. I was very sad as I had to live with my cracked tile. A few weeks later, I drove past the Arygll store. I thought I might try my luck since I had another small piece of the same tile at the back of my car. When I stepped into the tile, the lady at the counter was able to tell me the name of the tile immediately. Then came Anil, the same guy I bought the tiles from the West store 5 years ago. He confirmed the name of the tile and they both told me that they had no more stock but they would check whether they could order from somewhere else. The second lady at the computer had already started checking and found out that there was a Montreal store that had some stock. Anil called them immediately and they confirmed they had the stock and he asked if they could rush the tiles over. This team helped me placed an order immediately and my tiles arrived in about 2 weeks. What an amazing job - team who have so much knowledge about the tiles they are selling and what they sold (5 years back) and excellent customer service. They just did not want me to leave the store disappointed - what a way to delight their customers!
