★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using Tier 3 for years at work and have always been pleased with the service they provide. This last time something came up I immediately thought "this is going to chew up some time that I don't have to spare"... A coworker said she knew about it, and was putting it off because of that same thought. I called and got through right away. They always have the right attitude and make it seem so simple on their end. I was off the phone in no time at all, and back to work like it was only a small blip. Thank you for everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tier3 consistently comes through for me as the Business Manager of an accounting firm. They are friendly, knowledgeable and very quick to respond to my (many) requests. We recently replaced our server which - in my experience with past companies - can be a nightmare of ongoing downtime and issues, but with Tier3 everything went amazingly smoothly and we were back up and running exactly when they said we would be - very impressive!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been experiencing some computer troubles, and when I had reached out the team was extremely quick to let me know that they were super busy but they hadn't forgotten about me. When Ann called she was very responsive and quick to help me diagnose the problem. We shared a few laughs and before we knew it the problem was solved. Overall we love using Tier 3 and will continue to support locally with them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tier 3 has been our I.T. service provider for almost 20 years. Jesse and his team are amazing. They have been very proactive in managing our IT resources and are a true partner of our organization. They take the time to understand our business and make viable recommendations to ensure the ongoing protection of our assets. They have proved invaluable in providing us with services including security, procurement, back-up, and vendor collaboration. The whole team is extremely knowledgeable and they work hard to not just meet, but exceed customer expectations. They place a high importance on customer service and prove it time and time again. We have always received fantastic service from Tier 3, but it has been absolutely exceptional under the current circumstances. All of the staff went above and beyond and worked long hours to ensure their clients were able to continue operating under constantly changing conditions. We can’t thank them enough for responding so quickly to our numerous requests over the past few weeks. We would highly recommend Tier 3 to anyone looking to outsource any of their IT requirements.

The last couple of times both IT support helpers went above and beyond. I really appreciated the follow up and always made sure I was completely satisfied. A huge shout out to these people and their work.

They are a quick email away, and I get a response back quickly saying a ticket is open, they then respond to me very quickly and will help me with any technical issue. Ann was great last time, she did it all after I was done work, and locked my computer when she was done! She also made sure that the program worked after she was completed, and it was effortless on my part! Thanks Tier 3!
