They are always friendly and help me solve my Issues rapidly, as they are well educated in the areas of there expertise. I would especially like to thank Brian for all his help.

Our account rep is Hadyn; he is fantastic and such a nice man. Countless times he has interrupted his schedule for us and helped our company. Brian at the front desk is also one of my favorites at your store
Customer Service seems to be a dying art form in so many businesses today, but Communications 2000 has seemed to always have placed a great importance on it that shows in the people you hire - and it is greatly appreciated by your customers. Thank you for all the great service!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was time to renew my contract with Bell and I was having issues with their customer service, so I decided to give Communications 2000 a try and they offered me a much better deal. I went over my data by a lot the first month and they were very friendly and helpful to resolve it. They even gave me a partial refund! Very knowledgeable staff that will go out of your way for you. Great company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ralcomm - I want to thank everyone at the Leduc location who has given us nothing but fantastic service every time we have come through their doors.
This past week I was in a position that I needed a new channel programmed into a radio in my vehicle and into 2 handhelds. Not so much a problem to get done BUT I needed it ASAP as we needed to meet an oversized load within the hour.
They not only got me in right away but they had me back on the road in under 20 minutes! And all the people u came into contact are friendly, professional and competent. Thank you Ralcomm!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So the husband left town this morning in a hurry and forgot his radio, calls me from the road asking if I can find somewhere for him to pick one up in a hurry and with Google's help I sent him to Ralcomm in Nisku. Best decision ever, he just called me back to ask me to give them a 5 star review. They had exactly what he needed, got him all set up and back on the road in about 15 minutes (and with a deal too!). His exact words were helpful, friendly and competent (that's not a word he throws around lightly, by the way). Here's the 5 stars, Thanks for helping him out!
