They actually know how to properly cut a Portuguese water dog :) Amazing customer service and my dog leaves very happy instead of scared. Always a pleasure to go in and knowing Matrix is getting taken care of! Highly recommend!
s	shawn s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was scared that one of my dogs would be impossible to groom, since I am the person she trusts with a brush anywhere near her and even then she behaved like I was trying to kill her, even when I had the brush nowhere near her. We brought her to Tidy Tails and were greeted with very friendly, obvious animal loving nature, got to know how the dogs would behave around her, left feeling very comfortable leaving the dogs there. We came back 3 hours later to one of the cutest looking dogs I have ever seen in my life and another shiny well groomed handsome little guy. I think they did a terrific job and will not only go back, I will highly recommend to anyone who asks where they can go with their little furry kid.

Lots of poorly cut areas where there were clumps of hair we had to cut ourselves after. The worst part is we were charged $20 more for behaviour. The groomer said she had a hard time doing the legs because our dog moved a lot. We asked our previous groomer after and she said she never had any issues before so makes me wonder if they treated her differently to make it hard to cut her legs. When we picked her up she was scared and nervous. So with the poor groom and extra charge we weren’t happy. Don't recommend and never going back again.

Jordan makes a point of getting to know each dog personally and providing specialized treatment and care. She is so comfortable with the dogs and treats them like she would her own. The dogs look amazing after a visit to Tidy Tails!
M	M H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a groomer that had experience with Pomeranians and asked a friend who owned one who she used and she recommended Tidy Tails. I wouldn't have come here otherwise due to the location in relation to where I live, but they are totally worth the drive! They have a nice separate entrance to the business right off the driveway, lots of parking, easy access onto the street, and totally professional and well laid out. They take credit card tap and they send a text reminder when you've booked your appointment and a few days before you appointment to remind you. I now make my appointments immediately after I pay so I make sure to get in every 6 weeks and my dog doesn't get so matted and it makes it a much faster and more pleasant experience for her and the groomer! You think you save money by "extending" the trips, but it costs more in the long run because they have to spend more time with the dog and they dog either suffers thru the dematting/detangling or ends up with a funky haircut due to being shaved. She is always sooo soft and smells so wonderful and her fur is so silky after her trip to the spa! Highly recommend. We are customers for life.

I choose them because their location is close to my home. They are not the best groomer. They charge extra b/c they said my dog has knots. I brush my dog every day. Really? A little bit money is ok. I don't mind because their location is convenient. I contacted them by phone, no return. Understand, they are busy. I walked in, on of the Japanes said she will call me back. I have been waiting for Two weeks, I called again. No return. It doesn't how good your grooming skills are. I won't go back again. Poor service. Good luck with your business. You get business now because of this career is in high demand.
