★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Natalie is just the person to go and see. She is very considerate and takes your needs as her number one priority with each session. I personally have a goal to get myself active again, so she decided to make our first session together while we went for a long walk. I was beyond impressed with this idea as I'm not sure I would have thought about that myself or thought it was possible in our sessions. Not only did I get to talk out some thoughts running through my head but I also got over 10,000 steps in as well. That was a major win for me that day, and I felt fantastic after it! If you are looking for someone who is very professional and good at what she does, Natalie is the person for you! I highly recommend her.
