★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little old and run down. Hard for a mall to survive in little Port Hardy when malls are struggling everywhere. Definitely has a few good shops, but more of a plaza style with accessing from outside. I would recommend heading over if you're in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mall is in Port Hardy and has an interior where there are a few shops. There is a bus stop by the health centre where you can catch the BC Transit bus to Port McNeill. There is a supermarket here but it has few organic or vegetarian options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the Thunderbird Mall early one morning in July 2019 during my visit to Port Hardy. Most of the shops in the mall had not yet opened but I was lucky that the Subway was open at 8 am. I could get some Subs packed for breakfast and take-away. The mall is located centrally in the shopping area of Port Hardy town.
