★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working as a Realtor for many years and even though I have taken a leave of absence from Real Estate this past year; I always loved when my Buyer Clients chose Thunder Creek Home Inspections. He was always enjoyable to work with and very straightforward. He always explained everything to my clients and would answer all their questions. I would recommend Mark to anyone even to this day. I have never had a bad experience with Mark as a Home inspector. He would allow buyer clients to make their own decisions on weither they would still purchase the home after he would give them the inspection report. There were some days I would have a question about a potential concern in a home that I was unsure of and Mark would always a text or a call away and has always been very educational and honest. He is very knowledgeable and good at what he does. If a home inspector found next to nothing in a home I would be wondering if they did their job correctly. It is a home inspectors job to find defects so clients can make their own informed decision to purchase a home or not. And that is what Mark does. He's absolutely 100% my favorite inspector and has helped many of my Buyers find their forever home.

He gave us colored pictures and explanations on everything. He is very patient and was able and willing to answer all questions we had. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark's done two home inspections for me. Each time, he was thorough and explained finer details with finesse and professionalism. He made me feel confident in purchasing a 100+ year old character home on my own. 5 years later, this house is solid and has had no major issues.
Mark has his clients best interests at the forefront. There is no cutting corners. I'd rather pay for a service that will save me potential thousands to tens of thousands down the road.
Mark also has the community's best interests as well, with how he gives back to support others. You don't come around people like Mark very often.
Will gladly opt for him again in the future for my home buying needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark completed 2 inspections for us this past month. Wow! What a difference compared to the inspector we had 5 years ago. Mark was very thorough and honest. Exactly what we were looking for! Very impressed how he sat down with us at the end of the inspection and went over the report and was willing to further show us any area of concern in the home. His service didn’t end there. He encouraged us to contact him if we had any further questions after reading the final hard copy report that evening. We would highly recommend Mark as your inspector.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mark was Knowledgeable, Honest, and thorough he didn’t beat around the bush with any detail. Buying a home can be stressful and there are so many moving parts outside of the Inspection. So having a home inspector with the knowledge and confidence that Mark does puts my mind at ease knowing I have a solid plan moving forward with my purchase. In my opinion, if you’re getting a home inspection done; there is no other option Mark is the guy to call. Moving forward I will be exclusively using Mark at Thunder Creek for any and all other properties I purchase.

He communicated between our realtor, the sellers, and us throughout the process for scheduling and during the inspection. Mark was open to answering any of our questions about the inspection and was able to explain why the things he found should be repaired. I found his price to be very reasonable considering the size and location of the house as well as the quality of the work he provided.
