★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bon produits, cependant, service après vente plus que médiocre. Bonne chance pour parler à un représentant du service à la clientèle en français. Personnel très arrogant (en anglais). Ils honorent leurs garanties, mais préparez vous à des semaines de combats avec eux. Très déçu.
Very good products, however, more than poor after-sales service. Good luck speaking to a French customer service representative. Very arrogant staff (in English). They honor their guarantees, but be prepared for weeks of fighting with them. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I' am shocked to see that you refuse to sell replacement pieces to your customers. In a world where we try to minimize waste, you force customers to buy a new bike rack instead of selling the replacement piece. I cannot believe it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been trying to return an online purchase for over 3 weeks now. The rack I ordered did not fit my crossbars. My return request was acknowledged but I have not been able to get them to send the promised shipping return label despite 2 phone calls and 2 emails. They seem completely disorganized but happy to keep my payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am disappointed with the service received from Thule regarding a recent warranty claim for a product that is advertised to have a lifetime warranty. Despite contacting them on February 26th and requesting that an actual individual contact me, the claim adjusters simply continued to offer me discounts on new bags that I may purchase from their online store. I have several Thule products and have always held their products in high regard because of the build quality and I assumed that warranty claims would be honoured (but I really didn't anticipate anything ever happening). This experience of actually trying to speak with an individual is frustrating and it has made me reconsider purchasing anything from Thule again.
