★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très bien organisé. On ne peut en dire autant de Victoriaville, le berceau du recyclage. Il font payer les résidents pour se départir de leurs effets. Les taxes payées par les contribuables devraient être suffisantes.
Very well organized. The same cannot be said of Victoriaville, the cradle of recycling. They charge residents to dispose of their belongings. Taxes paid by taxpayers should be sufficient.
