★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. I recently purchased the thule chasm duffel bag on May.31for a trip later in June. It said it would be in stock on June.3. A few days later I received an email saying do to a inventory error they had oversold the bag and I wouldn't be getting my bag anytime soon, no estimated date or nothing. Just a email saying I wouldn't be receiving it. I had to email them to find out when the estimated delivery date would be. Which they said was July 1. Which was past the date for my trip. So while I was out on my trip I received an email saying my bag was shipped and that the tracking number would be active within 24hrs. But there was no tracking number with email. Just an email saying my item had shipped. Well when I get home my bags been sitting on my doorstep for a few days. If I had been giving a tracking number I could of had it picked up instead of leaving it on my step for a few days with the risk of having stolen.
The bag itself is great. Exactly what I looking for. The customer service is horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I acquired a Thule car top carrier, but the keys included did not work. I called Thule and spoke to Ali who took the code number on the locks and within a week the proper keys arrived. This carrier was not new, but customer service took care of my problem anyway. Great job Thule!
