Change your outlook on food = change your life! With a holistic approach, Steph created a 360 program for me that worked from day 1! Her meal plans, work outs and recipes made it easy to stay energized. Best of all, the one to one coaching and "real talk" from Steph kept me on track. I've recommended her to several friends and family members because her approach truly works! I joined Thrive Health and Wellness to find balance in my diet. Working with Steph was easy and seemed effortless. Checking in with her daily and doing weekly weigh in's held me accountable and motivated. I am happy with the success that I made while working with Steph over 8 weeks. I am still doing weekly check ins with her to track my success. Like others have stated, she is always available to answer questions and offers helpful tips/suggestions that lead to success. Overall, I highly recommend her services.

I have worked with Stephanie for many months and have lost 50 pounds. Being pescatarian she has taught me the right way to eat and how much protein to have at each sitting so I am not hungry throughout the day. She also helps strategize how to fit in your food, water, exercise and anything else in your life. She is hands on since day one and touches base with you daily. It's great to have a cheerleader with you every step of the way.

After a lot of pandemic couch sitting and recovery from a broken ankle, I knew Steph's program was exactly what I needed to get me out of my rut. Her encouragement, guidance and accountability helped me lose weight, get me active again and gave me the confidence to stay motivated!! I'd recommend Steph to anyone who doesn't want a short term diet, but a realistic lifestyle change with healthy, educated solutions.

I recently completed a 12-week program with Stephanie and working with her was such a great experience. I reached out to her after gaining 50lbs during COVID, and I was desperate to make changes to my lifestyle. With her support and guidance, I lost 23lbs over the 12 weeks, and I’m still losing. As someone who has struggled with yo-yo dieting, over-exercising, and binging/restrictive eating in the past, Stephanie helped me find the balance that I needed. She helped me set realistic goals, managed my expectations appropriately, and provided words of encouragement the entire way. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable as a nutritionist, she’s also very friendly and personable. She was always a quick text or email away whenever I needed her. I recently worked with Stephanie for six weeks to educate myself on healthier food options for myself and my two young children and to try and pinpoint what foods to avoid. The program is easy to follow, Stephanie never made you feel alone and was always just an email away to answer any questions throughout the day. Stephanie was a great support for me. Her daily emails kept me accountable and I completed the program with a better knowledge on the healthy food options available that helped me made the best healthy decision.
