Literally the best customer service you can get. The owners are are quick to respond and there work is impeccable. Also I want to mention there rates are very competitive, add all of this up and they have found a loyal customer in me.

The shop I purchased my suite from had a long wait for alternations and I was able to get it done from Threadcount in a timely manner. I had my pant length adjusted, my waist adjusted and the pant legs tapered for a more fitted look. I also had the jacket sleeves shortened and the side tightened. After wearing it for the first time, I received a lot of compliments on how well it fit me, and a lot of people thought I had the suite custom made, or made to measure. The quality of work from Threadcount was outstanding and the customer service was incredible. I will definitely be using them for all my clothes going forward. Thank you so much for an awesome job!

The alterations made were done right on the first attempt, which isn't always the case at every tailor. On top of the alterations being exceptional, the owner herself was amazing and helpful throughout the whole process providing recommendations and insight as needed.
