★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Debbie, or something like that .... Whoever the woman who answers the phone and directs the calls should be fired, her customer service and attitude is horrible. She should go work in a basement somewhere peeling potatoes or something more suitable for her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thorold refuses to make habit of enforcing their by-laws. These by-laws are in place to make life better. Particularly in the Artisan Ridge subdivision. We all pay substantial taxes for little to no service.
When you are able to get a response, the service is OK. However, they are in no way proactive.
