D	Daniel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be warned: This store charges restocking fees on some items EVEN IF YOU DON'T TAKE THE PRODUCT HOME AND OPEN IT. Long story short, they had to order an item to the store because they didn't have it in stock (not my fault that you don't stock your store properly!) and when I changed my mind and tried to cancel my purchase, they told me they were taking 15% of my money. They did not tell me in advance that they would do this, which is a big no-no in retail. I had to argue vehemently for them to refund my money (and again, I NEVER even took the product home with me!). Steer clear of this location.

You would think when so many small businesses are having an extremely difficult time even staying in business, they would make good customer service one of their top priorities. If you feel like being barked at this Home Hardware is the place to go!

S	Sheldon Edwards on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of variety friendly staff very knowledgeable and helpful I was able to get everything that I came for and I was even recommended products to compliment the job that I was doing and the prices are very affordable I did not know that but this place existed so close to home
L	Linda L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience at the store yesterday. I picked up 4 rolls of bubble paper and 2 rolls of paper towels. The total came to $150 dollars. The cashier didn’t alert me that this could not be possible and proceeded to tell me the total. When I said that is impossible, he said the 1 roll of paper towels was 50 dollars. I said that cannot be correct and instead of trying to find the correct price, he said this is what is says on the computer. How disgusting. If I hadn’t been paying attention, I might have paid that insane price without noticing. Absolutely horrendous service. Will never go back their again.
