★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My half-sweet vanilla latte was perfect, cheddar chive biscuit delightful. Thor serves up Pilot coffee in a quaint corner shop. Minimalist is an understatement; the menu is handwritten on a piece of scrap paper by the cash. There are 4 chairs and a handful of bar seats along the window. But what this place lacks in furniture and seating is made up for in excellent coffee, friendly staff, and a beautiful mural behind the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best coffee shop south of King that is NEVER open. I am dying to give my money to this place but the door is always locked. How can you close at 3pm? In the week you’re still at work. On the weekend that is the time you leave your house to go out and get a coffee. Ridiculous.
