★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike and his staff are amazing! My parents have been their customers for over 25 years and now that my husband and I own our own home, we use Thompson for our house needs. They are super friendly and helpful. They are fast when their is a problem and dealt with my insurance company directly regarding a new hot water tank the insurance company wanted us to install. I recommend Thompson to everyone that I can that lives in or near the Fort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heat Wave. June 30th evening - before Canada Day. Air Conditioner dies.
Called Thompson - left message - they called back … “I can be there after my current job” … this was at 10pm !!
And by 11pm - a new capacitor installed and house was cooling us to sleep.
Amazing company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thompson Mechanical Services, plumbing and heating. Great group to get things done. We renovated an old house and Thompson came in and made things up to date for a reasonal price. Mike the owner is very matter of fact and listens to what you need. We had Ryan as our main guy and he is very good at what he does. They very accommodating. This company will be my go to for the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike, Ryan and Josh are very professional, friendly, and efficient. I had to call them twice within a month to get my gas fireplaces and furnace up and running properly. I would highly recommend Thompson Mechanical as they do a great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my hot water tank stop working during a cold weather snap, and my husband works out of town so I did everything I could and I had no luck. After day 2 of no hot water I called another place in town and they told me they might be able to come. After waiting most of the day without hearing a word I spoke to a friend who recommended me to Thompson Mechanical. I called and got to speak to someone right away and within an hour a technician came and fixed my issue. I have 3 kids and no family around so I was so grateful that a technician was able to come right away and fix my minor problem. Thompson Mechanical was very professional, knowledgeable, honest and prompt. I will always call this company if and when I have other issues and I highly recommend this company!
