My Jeep with Diesel engine just lost engine block heater while temperatures outside started dropping to 30 below freezing.. Especially Briana from parts department, never gave up finding correct parts and Jim from service knew how important it is to have block heater working , did the best he could to replace it without any delays. I strongly recommend this place for servicing Jeeps and all related vehicles.?

B	Brad Lay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In January we had a stay in Sherwood Park . Our new Ram diesel had 2000km on it and we found a warning light on the DEF tell us we would shut down in 200 km. Went to Sherwood Park Dodge and bought Def. The gauge after filling still showed a 1/4 tank. Sherwood Park could not get us in . My wife started phoning around and the service department at Straightline was both sympathetic and accommodating. We drove straight there and they got us in. Being stranded for diagnosis when you have business to do and no vehicle can be very frustrating. While waiting for the diagnosis we went into the sales center and started to Mahmound. He understood our plight but all their loaners were out naturally as it was minus 35 out and service was busy. The Sales Manager Darryl got involved and before long we had a used truck off the lot that allowed us to do our business in Edmonton. Before we got back from doing our business the service department phoned and diagnosed the need for a new Def pump. They had us ready to hit the road by the time we drove back and all was covered under warranty . I gave the whole team at the dealership a 5 star as they all participated in making a out of town traveler a satisfied customer. I would highly recommend this dealership for any potential buyer either in town or out of town. I will defiantly consider my next purchase from here.

I called Straightline and they booked in for the following afternoon. I’m glad I did. It turned out to be quite the job. I actually felt a little bad for the mechanic who got the job. I’m very happy with the work done and the rear seats look fantastic. I don’t know if it’s because it’s close to Christmas but I was charged a very reasonable price. Actually I think to reasonable. You can be assured that all the work I might require will be done by the very competent staff at Straightline.
