They took it in at a spot that had no bearing on changing the size, so I was left with my uniform fitting exactly the same as it did when I dropped it off!! They offered to fix it, but after a blunder like that, how do you trust them to make it better? On top of that, they refused to refund me my money, even after showing them that it was still as big as it was when I dropped it off yesterday! And they told me their manager will not be available until June 1st for me to even try to get a refund. I've been here before and was very happy with the service, but I have now lost all trust.
G	G Moore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustrated with this company, I have used them many times and it was good but I brought in a purse at the beginning of October and it was done now Nov 23, he lied and used every excuse in the book, last wed he lost it, then on fri he said he will deliver it to me on sunday, I picked it up today and he charged $42 for a zipper you be the judge ( pic to follow) do you think he is worth it? I use to recommend him, I will no longer be doing that.
j	justine janzen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t even give them 1 star! Ruined my kids coat and my daughters shirt. Dropped off a load and a half of laundry. They said 2$ a lb charged me 60$ for 17 items mostly kids. They do not know how to do laundry. They did not spray any marks, they did not turn clothing right side out, they don’t even know how to use soap or fold. Left huge stains on my kids jacket and tore my daughters shirt and didn’t say a word. They should be ashamed of the lousy job they did. I will never go back and wouldn’t recommend anyone else going there. When confronted about the weight they said it was 25lbs. I went to another place and had it weighed it was 14 lbs. very bad business! There’s the shirt and my kids brand new jacket.

When I dropped it off a gentleman greeted me when I entered and was prompt to explain my options and provide me with a professional-looking till slip showing the date of completion, cost, etc.. I received a text notification ahead of the scheduled time saying the work was completed which was great. When I went to pick up the item, was greeted by an equally friendly and professional lady. The zipper that was installed is a quality YKK zipper and it has been evenly placed. I am very happy with the service which included me grilling the gentleman about machines for sewing leather. The only criticism I can offer is that there were a ton of little threads on the inside of the coat along the zipper area, presumably from stitch-ripping and removing the old zipper. But that’s a small inconvenience and something I can remedy myself easily enough. I will be happy to return to this establishment again. I should note, my father has also used this establishment (a winter jacket requiring a zipper replacement) and he was equally pleased with the work they completed. So really, this review accounts for two happy customers!

The employees were very welcoming and friendly and knew exactly what to do. I am so happy with the results. They dry cleaned the blazer too. It’s perfect. Thanks so much, I look forward to returning with other items that need altering and cleaning. Cheers
