I had limited availability and a short time frame to find a rental property and Thomas was relentless in his pursuit of my needs. He came through in a BIG WAY!. He was always made himself and his services available to me no matter the time or day of the week. He was definitely not working "banker's hours". Most of our meeting and correspondence took place on late evenings and weekends due to my busy schedule. He was always quick to respond and was quick to provide various potential properties. He was also very friendly and was always focused on making sure I got what I wanted. He never pressured me to step into something I wasn't 100% sure about. Thomas found a property I really liked but after much negotiation I would not agree to pay the seller's asking price and Thomas was not disappointed with me, rather it fired him up to find an even better property. When we found the right property, he worked very hard to get me the best price for the area, showing me recent sales and sale values in the area and negotiating hard with the other side. Even helping determine market rent for the area and they properties rentability (meaning, pointing out both flaws and upsides to the property based on my stated needs) Ultimately, Thomas is a young and hungry Real Estate professional with a head for both numbers and people.
