My name is Mark Kozak and I love Southern Alberta. I came to Southern Alberta in 1998 after completing high school in the Lloydminster area. After high school I spent a few years abroad and returned home in 2001 to attend and graduate from the Lethbridge College, with a Business Management Diploma. The experience was fantastic and I decided to make Lethbridge my new home. My family and I enjoy all that the community has to offer and the pace of life is just right. I have supervised a chain of three stores for a national furniture franchise before I decided to pursue a full time career in real estate. Through out my journey in real estate, I have invested in the community in building projects, rentals, renovation projects and more so that I can provide first hand knowledge and background to all my clients. With years of customer service experience and the brand power of CENTURY 21 I have been recognized on a national level as a top producing agent year after year. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No overly impressed what so ever. We showed up 10 mins before. After 40 mins I had to reach out to him. He "said" he waited for us to show up and didn't contact us saying he was there. Even though WE WERE THERE. So needless to say he forgot about the showing. Not only did we show up but we drove 30 mins out to the showing for him not forget. Would not recommend him.

We appreciated his 'take-it-or-leave-it' attitude - why? - because it proved he was not going to 'sugar-coat' things or be satisfied until we were.
