★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il ont fait un travail a mon domicile jugé non conforme ,il sont revenus refaire le travail ,tout vas bien jusque là ....jusqu'au moment où je reçois la facture il mon chargée pour le travail non conforme et en plus pour refaire le travail.Une bonne compagnie aurais refais le travail de manière conforme a ces frais.
It did work in my home found not to comply, he returned redo the work, all going well so far .... until I get my bill he charged to the non-conforming work and in addition to redo the good company travail.Une would redo the work in conformity to these costs.

I had a specific job for them which was rather simple. (Solder a few fittings and vacum the heatpump system. I insisted no liabilty for them (im an ex installer myself so I prepared the job... I took full responsability... and belive me Im not someone who cutts corners )... first they said they would come... after 1 month I called back... they said they dont want to do job ..
So I ended up waiting for 1 month for nothing (no air conditioningor heat)... and worst of all is I live 1 km from them and they didn't even come see the job before letting me down. I will never trust them again and will not recommend there service to anyone.
