Thermo King will be my first stop for all future compressor services and issues.

It was well worth the drive .

We have been in the refrigerated business for over 30 years so we have a pretty good grip on what it means to provide good service and a satisfied customer. Our unit was having fuel related problems. They cleaned the fuel screens and replaced the primer pump. Unit left shop only to return with same issue later in the day. They replaced fuel filter and we left. Unit made it 3 hours down road before quitting again. Sent further down road to tk in Saskatoon. They found fuel leaking at primer pump and filter was loose. When I inquired about warranty from tk in Edmonton was told they had not charged us for the 2nd trip to thier shop. I fail to understand how billing some one for poor workmanship is considered good service. I spoke a few times and traded a few emails in hopes of resolving issue. Prior to this poor review
