โ โ โ โ โ I recently (about 3 weeks ago) had a great session with a great therapist here and I would have loved to continue, but upon calling to book another appointment today was informed that my therapist had left the company over a week ago. Neither the company nor my therapist had contacted me (a patient) about this decision and I had to find out for myself ONLY because I had called to book another appointment. Very upsetting and unfortunate.

โ โ โ โ โ I first found Therapy Heals mid 2000's I think, came back after a few years and was connected with Frances. I am grateful for her counselling from 2012-2017 as she had created a safe space for me to work through my bouts of depression and anxiety. Initially sought out treatment for overeating and came to realize that was only a symptom of a much bigger issue and I could not have done that without the support and guidance of Frances. We looked at issues on the micro and macro scale, and was given exercises to help me pinpoint what I was struggling with most and how to work through it. While I am not in full time counselling now, I am glad that I will be able to check in with Frances to keep myself on track. It has been an enlightening experience and I am forever grateful for having found Frances to support me during my time of suffering.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been receiving therapy from Amelia for over four years and I canโt thank her enough for the breakthroughs Iโve been able to achieve in my life. Amelia has an enormously empathetic approach in tandem with great tools to help reframe everything in a manner that leads to healing.
My work with therapy heals had grounded me in a way I never believed possible. I am now much more prepared to cope with the challenges I face and genuinely a happier and more fulfilled person.
