β β β β β I canβt believe that they have such a low ratings. This is by far the best optical store Iβve been to and Iβve been to a few. The warranty is the best and they really stand behind their stuff. The service from all their staff is excellent.

β β β β β If I could give it 0 stars I would. First my orders were delayed as they couldn't get my benefit info entered into their system. Second one of the pairs had to be reordered as they messed up cutting the lenses to fit the frames and have to reorder the lenses. Now my frames and lenses for my other glasses are there (fri) but was told I won't be able to get them until Monday evening at the soonest as their machine to cut the lenses to fit the frames is broken. Mickey Mouse operation as far as I'm concerned.

β β β β β After my first appointment had already been canceled, I showed up for my second appointment, only to find them closed. No one ever called me to apologize or explain . The staff in the store said no one showed up to work that day.
