★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy anything from them they are not honest, the cashiers don't take any responsibility for their own mistakes I bought stone from them which I suppose to pick them up in couple of days and my customer change his mind and I call the yard depot I told the cashier on the
phone that I don't want the stone anymore and i want to cancel the order and the cashier was telling me that I already picked up the stones so I asked if I can talk to the manger and she told that she is the manger and lady who put the order for me, so long story short she was denying and yelling at me on the phone and hanged up and I went to their office if someone else could help me there i asked if I can talked to their boss and everyone would say she is the boss, I asked to check the camera to see , nobody cared and they asked me to leave the office so didn't pay my money back, very disappointed, ruined my day, very bad attitude, very bad customer service and dishonest service. I don't know who I should talk to and get my money back. help me if you can please and thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivered what was ordered 2 different times with no issues. Customer service is horrible though.
When returning the bag the top soil came in they didn't want to refund the money due to the invoice saying $0.00..
This is the invoice they gave me. It's your problem not mine. In the end the $15 was refunded but if you did your job properly the first time it wouldn't have been an issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service with Yard Depot is horrendous. They appear to have no set price for their delivery services. The price seems to change based on their mood. It has changed three times in less than a week to do a delivery literally across the road from their office. Again, I would not recommend them at all. This is extortion to the highest degree.
