My wife and I went there for the first time. Loved the look, atmosphere, cafe and the variety they have there. Quality was great on the produce. Has a little bit of everything under one roof. Like the fact a lot of the products are not your everyday items. Well worth the drive. Very friendly and helpful staff.

If I could rate this place a million stars I would simply because the scones are amazing! I don't even like scones normally but I can tell ya for free that their scones are INCREDIBLE! Currently eating a chocolate strawberry one and I'll be sad when it's gone. If that's not enough, it smells amazing in there, and the staff is phenomenal! Very friendly and care about every person who comes through their doors. I need to still try the meat but that looks incredible too!

Felt comfortable and relaxed on my first visit. The deja Vu feeling has been there on every occasion seating on their country styled furniture. Cranberry & chocolate chip cookie with strong roast coffee were excellent. Staff are helpful and friendly.

I’ve been meaning to post this for a while.. but this place is amazing! My girlfriend and I are here every week for the meat. Pork chops, ribs, brisket, sausage, burgers, tenderloin, bacon, ground beef, plus many more.. are all perfect. Tender, flavourful, not greasy. Then they’ve got their local veg, bakery, and coffee that are just as good. All the food is very reasonably priced for the quality you get. I’ll be a lifelong customer!

I went to Wild Hog for the first time today. Not feeling like a cold sandwich, I ordered the patty melt, minus the β€œmelt”, so no cheese. Didn’t expect anything much, let alone having the best patty minus the melt sandwich, ever. The fresh perfectly baked bun was chewy on top and soft in the middle. The patty was slim and covered in a delicious sauce that complemented the sandwich in what can only be described as a match made in heaven. Was it just ketchup and mayo? I don’t know, regardless excellent choices. The romaine was crunchy and the onions and tomatoes were thinly sliced so every mouthful got a bit of freshness in it. Then I noticed some soft pale pink bits had fallen out of the sandwich. A quick nibble confirmed it was roasted garlic. I put them back into the sandwich and finished my lunch. Hats off to the creator of this little culinary masterpiece. You surprised me with your attention to detail and robust flavors. Well done!

Me and my husband love going to the wild hog. The staff are always very friendly and helpful with suggestions as well as how to cook certain meat. The meats are local and very delicious and have great prices. We love the variety of meats they have. They also have fresh vegetables, cheeses, etc to buy as well as a cute Cafe section where you can get cakes, sandwiches, coffee, tea and fresh bread! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy local ?.

New in the area and sure to become a favourite of many. The meat looks amazing - we got some smoked pork chops which were delicious. Like my son said, "like the best ham ever but even better!" Lots of interesting bottles and jars to peruse, lots of prepared meals, a small but decisive selection of baked goods (ginger cookie was amazing), fresh - and the most part local - vegetables. I think we need to go several times to try it all. Oh and bread, did I mention the breads? Again, not a huge selection but what is available was delicious.

Wow, my first time in the Wild Hog Market in Stratford. . Gifts, collectables, baked Goods, preserves, local meat…it has it all. I purchased the ham and goat cheese sandwich. There was no skimping on meat and the size of the Ginger and Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies were a meal themselves! Definitely will be returning soon.
