★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited on the first weekend they were open. We tried several pastries including sweet and savory items. The feta spinach croissant was wonderful as was the garlic twist. The malted chocolate (big) cookie was the perfect combination of salty sweetness and crunchy chewy. Had a really good Americano. Not sure where they get their beans, would like to know so I can get some! Also tried several of the small fancy cakes in the display. All were delicious. Looking forward to coming back when in town

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place. Tons of delicious treats and amazing cakes (slices or wholes). Stuff sells out quick (especially their bread loaves etc..) and I've been told they will put things aside if you call ahead...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A must stop if you’re in the area and need some bakery goodness of all sorts (and a decent coffee). And if you’re not in the area, it’s worth making the drive the check it out!
(The croissants in particular are amazing… but I don’t think you could make a wrong choice when you visit, it’s all good!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely space & offerings, staff & service are excellent, love the almond croissants, they are the best we have tried, anywhere.
The different savory items + the scone we tried on a cpl of visits were "off" for us ~ some items were dry, others oily. Haven't tried any of the desserts yet, they look spectacular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply Amazing. A wonderful addition to the valley that was much needed to rejuvenate the options for local homegrown businesses. Whether you step in for a quick coffee as you are on your morning rush, or you sit down and taste all of the delicious baked good, you will never be let down! Not only can I speak highly of their food and beverages, but most importantly, the wholesome service. On every occasion, I’ve been welcomed with such warmth that I feel the need to stay a while and just enjoy the interaction with all who work and serve at the Flying Apron. I would recommend anyone and everyone to switch up their daily routine and add this to the queue of their dairy run-around. 10/5 stars if Google Allowed it!

with a table seating area.
Good coffee and other beverages.
Now the bakery treats are delicious.
Home made breads to.
Easy parking.
