The staff helped me choose frames I receive compliments on constantly and were so patient and helpful in finding the perfect contact lens option for my sensitive eyes. My two young daughters love visiting and having their eyes checked. Great service for the entire family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had some issues with my right eye, it was swollen and very painful for an unknown reason. It got to the point where I knew I had to see a doctor to get it sorted out. I called around and no one could get me in, when I called the vision gallery, they got me in the same day, and the doctor was very prompt and knew what the issue was right away and was able to treat it, I felt better right away! If you are looking for a good optometrist with great service, this is the place to go! Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely WOW! Have never been treated so well when purchasing glasses. They took care of everything and made sure to keep in touch through the delivery process, Oakley always seems to take longer ;-) , but well worth the wait.
Would highly recommend seeing the team here for your vision needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for new lenses only and was quoted $500. She was rude and clearly didn’t want to help and was not interested in my business. Came home and ordered my same frames from clearly.ca with new lenses for $260 for a whole brand new pair. Honestly don’t know what was going on there I left very perplexed by the customer service. I would pay more to support local but she just wanted me to leave unless I was willing to pay an outrageous price. Like I must be stupid to not pay $500 for their lenses.
