Horrible experience. We got to the inn a bit early so we had to wait 30 mins for our room which is fine. Once we arrived 30 minutes later their system crashed and was unable to go to our room for an hour. The inn is non smoking but still smells like cigarettes and dirty feet. Our refrigerator wasn’t working once we got to the room and we adjusted the temperature. Soon as we returned back to our room the refrigerator leaked water. The second day of staying we called front desk to get more towels. The owner told me to pick up my towels that are used and go downstairs for a trade. Even though I asked him to bring it up. One the day of checkout because our refrigerator wasn’t working we kept our food in a cooler and the inn had ice we “could”use. The owner said that we weren’t allowed to take the ice from the ice machine and to buy the ice from the Convenience store. Even though we’re a paying customer. Blankets had hairs that wasn’t ours and on top of having bad customer service from the owners it just made our whole experience horrible. If the owners were nice and provided excellent customer service then the experience would’ve been better. Only good thing about the place was it was in a great location 7 min walk to the main strip.

Stayed here for a wedding in Elora, would stay again for such an occasion as the rooms were clean and inexpensive. It’s a short walk from the Elora Mill and perfect if you aren’t spending a lot of time in the hotel as there aren’t any amenities or much else nearby. The room we had was the handicap room so it didn’t have a lot of counter space, but was spacious and clean. The bed was firm, would have liked a bit of a cushion/pillow top to soften it a little but otherwise slept well. The hotel has coffee, tea, orange juice and bananas and granola bars in the lobby, which as enough to hold us over until we went for breakfast down the road at Gorge Country Kitchen. The coffee ran out before we could get any and no one was around to make more it seemed. The staff also kept calling my brother’s room to see if he was leaving when he still had 10-15mins before check out, must have been busy but still! Best inexpensive option in the area, but if you’re looking to lounge and enjoy the place go for a B&B.

Front desk was friendly, but room is disgusting. Here currently and our walls all look like this. Definitely not worth the price.

Says no smoking, however outside of the rooms people could smoke. When we walked into our room, it smelled like smoke. Upon opening the curtains we noticed two people smoking directly outside off our room. So we are unable to to have the screen door open at any point. The lady occupying the room beside us stayed outside smoking for several hours. Due to the fact that the vents inside the room use outside air we couldn't use those as it drew in the smoke. At one point there were three people smoking outside all within several feet of the rooms. We were unable to use the picnic tables because of this. There was also a large truck parked in the parking lot just outside of our room that had a refrigeration system in it, and was running all night. When we woke up in the morning the lady next door was directly outside smoking again. There should be a no smoking policy on the property to prevent this. They were very pushy about having us leave the room the next day, there was a phone call at 10:00 and a knock on the door at 11:00 a.m. and another phone call as well at 11:00 a.m. there was no option fora late checkout however we were ready to leave by 11:00 am. There was no coffee maker in the room however they did offer free coffee in the morning in the front lobby but due to covid this probably wasn't the best idea. It was a close walk to the main restaurants and stores in Elora. We were also able to walk to the racetrack as well. The room was clean the bed was comfortable.

I don’t see what’s up with all these crazy reviews my walls were very clean room did not smell of smoke at all people were smoking outside but that’s normal you’re allowed to do that and staff was extremely friendly and accommodating even let me in my room early i’m starting to think some of these reviews are just fake !
