At every step of our stay, we were so impressed with their professionalism and care that each staff member showed. Of course, the surroundings, spa and room were beautiful but the service made the experience unforgettable! Already trying to save up to visit again! Definitely expensive but worth the splurge!

Our steaks were fantastic. The salads and oysters were delicious and dessert was lovely. It was an expensive meal, but worth it! Elora is a little piece of heaven.

From the planning phase to the actual event, the staff were so cooperative, helpful and accommodating. The wedding reception was very beautiful. The food... oh, the food... it was amazing! The lamb and beef melt in your mouth while bursting with flavor! The service was impeccable. If you're looking for a professional up-scale venue, this is the place! A+++ all the way! Steve

The dyson pieces such as the hairdryer + humidifiers were the extra cherry on top to enjoy in our room! the pool and jacuzzi were also such a delight! we enjoyed our stay very much, only thing to improve is some of the dishes at the restaurant. Otherwise A+

I enjoyed all services with my spouse. Extraordinary, royal treatment from Marta and Vanessa. We will come back for sure

We want to make it a yearly trip for us to get away from the kids, and actually relax for a weekend. Definitely recommend for EVERYONE. The level of relaxation throughout your whole stay, is superb. Literally from time of arrival, until you leave.

It was luxurious and she was very informative on what products would work well with my skin type. Micah did my massage and he was very good as well. Highly recommend if you are getting a massage treatment. Richard at the front gate and all of the staff from the front desk, to the servers both in the restaurant and Patrick at the pool were very kind and welcoming as well. We will definitely be back!

We were so impressed with the grounds, the hospitality, the food, the turn down service, and attention to detail. The mixture of historic beauty, and modern elegance had us in awe. Our room was absolutely stunning, and so comfortable. If you are wondering if the price is worth it, it 100% is. I would recommend a visit to anyone, but especially couples as it was the most romantic getaway we have had; the Elora Mill truly sets the tone. We plan on coming back for our anniversary in the fall, and hope to continue it as a special tradition.
