D	Dean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The seamstress does incredible work....unfortunately Steve is the worst vendor I have ever dealt with. When calling to inquire about my custom made coat it resulted in him yelling at me, swearing at me, and telling me I was stupid for thinking it could be done in 2 months. He hung up the phone as well. FYI my coat took over 3 months from the day of purchase. Trust me when I say that this guy does not appreciate nor does he deserve anyone's business.

I talked to Barmah directly and they said it had simply rotted over time with sweat. Not surprising at all and what I expected. They arranged for a new hat to be sent out at a special price and were disappointed in Steve as a retailer of their products Sorry Steve, but this is all true and even more. You swore at all, told me get out of the store and you are only retort was something about missionaries using these hats, which really has no relevance. Barmah in the end is going to fix the hat instead. They mentioned this would have been an easy fix for you. I'm not sure what was going on yesterday with you, but l have made sure to flood the web with critical reviews of your place. I did come back to the store to give you an opportunity to say something appropriate, but in the end you just abused me more.
C	Carol Farr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove 2 hours to return my lifetime warranty Blunstone boots which I purchased from Steve. He said there is a lifetime warranty if you have any problems bring them back. The heels wore out on the back of the boot. Drove 2 hours to the store and 2 hours back to our home to find out that he would not honor that contract because he no longer sold the boot. The contract was with him I bought from his store. Would never recommend this place to purchase anything they do not stand by their word.

Never once asked for a refund, just wanted them fixed. No suggestions, no offer to fix them, nothing to help the customer. Once the purchase has been made the rest is your problem. I understand sale items, but come on really. Steve the owner got extremely hostile and hung up on me. "Reikers" I strongly suggest that you find another distributor. Will never return!!!!!!

The staff member who served me was patient and kind, knew their stock well and was able to help me work through choices to find shoes I liked to fit my need. I would recommend them and plan to return later in the season. Thank you!

F	Frank Wu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent selections of high-quality leather goods: they provided the customized tailoring for jackets as well, which is all done locally, and fit well into out weekend trip of supporting the local community. Without any hesitation, I got a Derek Alexander wallet; the quality is second to none, though I am eager to see how it works out say in 5 years, but they do have life-time warranty. Staff are friendly and really responding, and this store is definitely a pleasant surprise for out weekend trip to Elora!
