โ โ โ โ โ I tried the mixed berry jelly roll. The sponge cake is a bit dry, but the cream and berries fresh and delicious. Itโs such a nice treat to share with the family.
The store is very clean and organized, and I can find everything I need there with new brands and beautiful culinary tools and cookware.

โ โ โ โ โ Great grocery store but cashiers' attitudes constantly a disappointment.
I shop at VG once a week mainly for their steak cuts which are top notch. They're pricey but worth it ($40-45/kg so about $60 for 2 pieces of sirloin). The butcher team is great, very knowledgeable, friendly and always helping getting the right pieces. Likewise for the deli and bakery team.
The same cannot be said about checkout time at the cashiers. For some reason, the service with the cashiers have been consistently poor. As others have mentioned, not a lot of greeting or 'please' or 'thank you's.
My last interaction yesterday the cashier literally said 2 things - "Next in line" to me at the beginning and then after scanning everything "$94.13".
Cashier customer service could use major improvements.

a very nice and cozy supermarket serving the nearby community. Lots of unique products on the shelves that you typically wouldn't find in larger chains or big box stores makes this place a must visit for special items. They continue to have an assortment of frozen foods in the freezer.
Recently had their home made ice cream - Ferro Rocher and it was awesome! Made of cream and other regular ingredients (nothing you couldn't pronounce). A bit pricier than other ice cream, but definitely worth the money for the unique flavors. Staff continues to be good.

Staff is nice and friendly. The bakery is awesome. Deli is great too. Good cheese selection. We often come for the bakery. They got some unique assortment of stuff on the shelves that you won't find elsewhere -- and one of the other reasons why you should pay a visit. The extra premium is worth it. Cozy place. Good atmosphere.

โ โ โ โ โ Amazing store. The pizza is to die for if you like thick crust. Alex made the pizza fresh and you can always ask in advance for a whole square pizza. Any pizza you try you'll find it perfect. We love to visit anytime we are in the area. Products sold there are high quality and fresh! Staff friendly and lots of parking spots.

โ โ โ โ โ If you ever go to Village Grocery, you must try their Jelly Roll Log Cake! Itโs the best & must have at our gatherings. Tried their apple pie tonight and we all enjoyed it, especially with ice on cream on top! My daughter loves their macarons (two
Sizes) and cannolis! I love their flatbread pizza and almost everything else!
Their stuff there arenโt cheap but always fresh and good quality.

โ โ โ โ โ I like to go shopping at the Village Grocer. Itโs not a big supermarket, yet you can explore so many things!! Especially, I love their bakery. I think the Mixed Berries Jelly Roll is their signature! If you have not try it yet, you MUST. It is soft, moderate sweetness, and fully stuffed fruits are well balanced together! It became our familyโs birthday cake!!

โ โ โ โ โ It really enjoyed my visit to The Village Grocer. It was a small supermarket but they have the most unique things that you wonโt find everywhere. The store was very clean and well organized. They decorated nicely with pumpkins when we shop during the Thanksgiving weekend. The prepared meals counter also have a great variety of cooked dishes that we could buy for our dinner. It was great that they have fresh made oven cooked turkey that we could buy to add to our homemade thanksgiving dinner. Another surprise that I found there was their cake shop. It was totally amazing! They have some beautiful cakes, cute looking cupcakes and tasty muffins. We were so excited to buy them home. I got their signature Lemon Meringue Pie (small size), two cupcakes and two pumpkin cranberry muffins. They were yummy and did not disappoint us at all. The price was not cheap compared to other grocery stores but I considered it reasonable for the high quality. Itโs worth your visit if you want to buy some special items and high quality goods.
