★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awesome, a hidden jam because it’s easy to pass by unnoticed. They close later, unlike most places in Steveston... portions are generous, everything is delicious and with very fair prices, and Wendy always has a smile on her face. Support local businesses like this one!

The salmon in their wild salmon burger was bigger than expected, and it was tasty.
Fries are home style fries.
Prices are very reasonable.
Wendy is kind and warm to us.

The owner (Wendy) prepares her own burger patties from scratch. She’s a small local business owner, been serving Steveston comfort food since 2015, and offers an amazing personable experience, and of course, great comfort food.
The crab meat hot dog is amazing as well, very much worth the price. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can make better sandwiches than these. The hotdogs are overcooked, dry and tasted very ordinary. If not for the pickles, mayo and mustard, this is not worth a second bite, but we came hungry and we paid for it.

We had a great experience with the Village Burgery, who were kind enough to cook the spot prawns for us so we could enjoy them for a small fee. Otherwise, as tourists, it would’ve been hard to find a place to cook them and enjoy them. Thank you once again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had the salmon burger at The Village Burgery numerous times since we discovered this little take-out place recently. A bit hesitant and curious in the beginning about a $9.95 fresh salmon burger, but we have been impressed each and every time. It is a full-meal burger with generous amount of salmon, lettuce, tomato and fried onion. For a delicious fresh salmon burger, at a decent price, The Village Burgery is the place to go. In addition to the salmon burger, we have also had their fish tacos and hamburgers. All were top notch. Highly recommended.
