We had my 29 year old den turned from dark burgundy into white and blue, the hallways refreshed, and 5 oak doors and trim turned white, upstairs. On time, great communication, and even though one of their painters called in sick, they rearranged their schedule to make our job work in the time frame promised. Justin, on site, was respectful of our time and space, ensured we knew what was going on, and went above and beyond fixing my own patch job on the stairs. And when he noticed a problem on the final walk through (that I hadn't seen), stayed an extra hour to make sure it was unnoticeable. I've already recommended them to others and they dropped off a little something to say thanks. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Riyad and Joga completed an interior painting job in an incredibly professional and efficient way; going above and beyond my expectations! The process with the back office (estimate, booking, colour options, etc.) was also superb. 10/10 would recommend and use again for any future projects!

The quote was competitive, they included an interior color consult, paint samples were sent to our home to paint test patches on our walls to confirm a color we were satisfied with and the crew sent over was led by Richard who is top shelf. Staff were pleasant, and worked efficiently, they took care of follow up work/touch ups where there some coverage issues without asking for additional fees. My caution for people considering Urban Painters or any painter currently is there are pretty severe staff shortages and high demand for services. The job started 1 day late which was more than reasonable and something that didn't impact us. The one consistent painter was the crew chief, Richard, but there were a number of different staff they had to juggle on/off the job to get it done. They managed the staffing aspect well on our job as Richard ensured the work quality was at a high level. I would highly recommend their services.

They took great care in the preparation work to ensure the hardwood floor and the furniture are not damaged/stained. We are very satisfied with the end result and would definitely be selecting The Urban Painter again for our next reno project. I highly recommend them. Thank you again for a job well done!

Working with Amanda to pick out colours was such a nice added bonus, she was very lovely and helpful. Dave is super responsive and I knew it would be a pleasure working with him right away. Overall the crew was professional, respectful, quick, and pleasant. They charge a fair price for really good quality work and excellent customer service- we would recommend them to any friends and family and have already booked them for future projects on the house. 10/10!

Nothing in life is perfect… and that was the case with a few small issues. The thing is, their customer service and eagerness to please is next level. They are attentive and go out of their way to make right any little issues. We had a different team leader for each job, but they were both very good and easy to deal with. I would both recommend them and hire them again. Fair pricing and outstanding customer service. The walls look amazing.

Amanda was their designer who met us at our home twice to help us with our colour choices and locations of feature walls. All of her recommendations worked out great. Courtney was our lead painter and she was Fantastic! She was so professional, extremely fast and efficient. Her work was flawless. It was originally estimated to be 5 to 6 days and she finished in 4!! That is even after we added the garage to the scope as well. I would highly recommend using them to anyone needing painting done.
