I gave him the addresses of where they were going and he let me pay for them and then leave. While he inputted the information after I left. Which saved me from having to stand around and wait. Then sent me an email with all the correct drop locations. It was perfect, my clients were ecstatic. This is my now GO TO when it comes to shipping. Thanks again guys!

Bhupinder went out of his way to help the customer ahead of me dealing with a package delivered to the wrong address. He asked the customer to contact him the following Monday and he would personally get to the bottom of the matter. He could have just as easily told the customer to call the 1-800 number and not be his problem, but he didn't. I was only there to drop off an Amazon return, but it was nice to someone with such a positive demeanour and willingness to help people. I asked a few questions regarding importing something from the US, and he seemed quite knowledgable. When the time comes for me to import that item, I will be looking forward to seeking Bhupinder's advice.

Now I have to leave work early on Monday to pick up my package which happens to be my nephew's Christmas present. I'm not impressed. That driver needs to be fired. They do this constantly at my condo complex.

Almost one months, I still didn’t pick up my package. Really angry for that. There are several people come here, and just walk away.

I had 8 packages of various sizes and weights, and everything was very smooth.

All of you complaining that this store is only open 9-5pm Mon to Fri, your reviews are now obsolete. I’ve only been here twice but felt compelled to write a review because the service here has been impeccable both times. I have another UPS store closer to me in Cloverdale but I still come out of my way to this one because it’s THAT much better of an experience.

He informed me that a perfume that was part of the package has to be removed since Australia doesn’t allow it. I was about to start my school exam when the call happened so I had to cut the call. He was kind enough to send me the details via text and even included the photo of the removed item. I was able to get back to him late afternoon already which I highly appreciate the quick response even though it was past his work hours. I was a little worried because the package was all gifts wrapped separately and I was assuming all of it was opened. Shawn however assured me that everything was the same as how I placed it and each gift was still sealed. Thank you so much Shawn for the excellent service ☺️
