They both have left me with an amazing impression of UPS. They were truly were able to bring my printing jobs to life. Our event would not have been the same without their support and knowledgeable inquiries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my "Lucky Shop." I had all my immigration documents scanned,copied or printed in this UPS store. My process time was amazingly fast. The staff here are so warm and welcoming, it was hard for me when I decided to get a printer at home. Lovely place. Lovely staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When it came to returns, I was always a Canada Post guy. After the many long line ups and moving close to this store, I decided to switch to UPS, and was lucky enough to get this location.
Mr. Patel is a amazing. At Canada Post, there was no urgency to get the line moving, but here, they do an excellent job keeping the line moving, while at the same time providing professional and patient service.
The only downside is the parking is awful. There is always space, but way too many cars just stop at the curb at the plaza causing chaos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure if there is an option of 10 stars I would have given it , it's not only the exceptional customer service which is praise worthy for this place , its just the way Mr Pulkit ( which I later discovered is the owner) deals with people. I don't think any religion, color or status can define a person , its the softness, decent demeanour and whole heartedness which creates a lasting impression of someone's character on other fellow humans, really impressed :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wife needed some printouts and came out crying! A worker said, "Why are you here?". She said she needs printouts and the lady outright said they can't serve her. She asked politely why and the owner in the back goes, "You are a customer, you don't need to know the reason!"
What the hell is this behaviour?! Can someone explain?
We go there every month.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found out about the store on Google and was impressed by positive reviews . I decided to check in and send shipments through them. The staff are helpful and interested in customer's satisfaction. Been there several times and will continue to patronize them. If you are looking for a place where human interaction is qualitative , check in here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a phone which was supposed to be delivered through UPS and which never arrived. According to the UPS website they have delivered the package to my front door which is a lie. The point is that they have nicely stolen my item. Now because of them I have to go through all the hassle of opening a police report as well as a claim and I'm not even sure if I will receive my item anymore which was very expensive. So I have lost my item and my money. BEWARE OF UPS! I WILL NEVER BE USING THIS TERRIBLE "DELIVERY" SERVICE AGAIN! I WANT SOMEONE WHO IS RESPONSIBLE TO EXPEDITE THIS MATTER AND MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR ME TO GET MY PHONE BACK!

I went there to get photos for US Visa a couple of weeks ago.
The owner is very professional. Infact, he asked me if I really needed the physical copies of photo so I could save some money. I really appreciate this honesty. Keep up the good work.
I definitely recommend this place for UPS needs.
