Droppee off a package , A Cartier Braclet for return , tracked it on friday evening , package was still in there location , called Saturday and they said the driver didn't pass, I think that was a excuse , they took it and got caught , still not in the system , I'm going to the police for theft !!!!!!

I came in to ship a parcel, having never shipped anything in my life.
The two girls behind the counter were SO helpful, answering all my questions, not getting frustrated at all when I didn't understand something .
It made me feel like they actually CARED , in a world where people are so quick to brush you off if they feel like you're wasting their time.
i dont remember their names, but UPS STORE ... these girls need a raise !! because they were amazing !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went in with some last minute shipments nothing to big 4-5 boxes to different places, they were able to have it all set up in record time. was even able to get information about returns i would have to do next week. can't wait to go see them again for the great friendly service!

The lady behind the counter, Nancy, helped me throughout the process. She was extremely helpful and patient. I will be recommending this specific UPS store to everyone. Ask for Nancy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was my first visit to this UPS Store and I was treated like royalty for a lowly Amazon return. The warm, friendly, and helpful mother/daughter team running the store are absolutely charming! They even put my very shy, reserved poodle at ease. I will be going to this UPS Store location for all my shipping and business needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst customer experiences in my life: manager does not seem to acknowledge that this store is part of UPS and refuses to provide UPS standard services. I don't know what kind of contract with UPS does she have, maybe she doesn't get a cut of the profit if she doesn't sell the shipping?
Note that several 5-stars reviews have the exact same content "This is the best rated UPS store and for a reason, the service from Nancy is just fantastic.
I had worries about shipping an expensive package and the managers professionalism re-assured me completely. Now I am a loyal customer even when I travel I know who to trust." I know the manager is hiring people to boost his Google Review score after being bombed by so many 1-star review. I would stay away from this business if possible

They were so patient with helping me, one of the women (manager, I believe) went above and beyond to ensure my international shipping would go smoothly. Major thank you to them!
