★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never use UPS. They have zero customer service at all. Good luck trying to speak with someone regarding your package that has been held for 5 days for no reason at all. My package was also shipping from Richmond to Burnaby and it took over two weeks to come. The company is trash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've worked with 3 different UPS stores in 5 years. This location has the best service. They notify you when new packages arrive, so I don't need to visit the store frequently. All questions are answered in detail. If I didn't move, I would definitely continue to work with this branch.
