About The UPS Store

“I’m always impressed with the level of customer service Manpal and the staff provide. I frequently use their 3D printing services, and the projects come out great every time. Plus, the process is quite speedy! Manpal is very quick to respond with a quote, and once the printing starts, I can always expect the project to be finished and ready for pickup for the next day. Great job guys! See you soon.”

Went there to get colored copy of my documents. Guy there messed up on all printout as some information got cropped. He blamed me for that and argued about document not being scanned properly. Doesn't he suppose to make sure that all information of a page is printed properly..what about print preview? Then he printed the documents again with proper settings and this time it came out correctly. Also, the first copy was printed on some flimsy low quality paper and when i complained, he printed the second copy on better quality paper. On the top of all this, he CHARGED me for incorrectly printed copies in full....Left a pretty bad taste..Not coming back again.

Went to send a package. Girl working sat at the desk talking on phone. Did not acknowledge me or ask me to wait. Left after 10 minutes and still was not acknowledged when I left. Horrible customer service

If you need help shipping anything more complex than a letter, look elsewhere. James and his new hire will suggest you pay big money for packages to repeatedly be sent back to you.

They lost my package. They didn't tell me. I had to hunt people down and wait on hold to find out they lost it. Then they had the audacity to tell me I had to file a claim and the only way to do that was to sign up for a UPS account. I can't begin to express my frustration with them and so I warn others. If a store ships with UPS buy from someone else!

Good points: -Reasonably convenient location. -The store seems to operate as it should (i.e. employee is available at front counter, not hiding in the back somewhere). -Employees seem polite enough. I was carrying stuff and they opened the door for me once. -Lots of parking space. -Open on Saturday. -More reliable than the main UPS depot. How pathetic that the main depot was closed to the public during COVID. What I don't like: -They charge $2 to print a shipping label from your email or flash drive. I don't know if they invented this policy on their own or if it's just standard for The UPS Store locations, but it's ridiculous either way. Infuriating, really. Why pay $2 to print a single black and white sheet of paper when you can do it at the library for a fraction of the cost? I was shipping regularly and drove a little out of my way to the library each time out of principle. Sadly, I ended up buying a printer even though UPS has perfectly good printers, and it literally takes about 10 seconds of effort to open your document and click "print" on a sheet of paper that's worth about 5-10 cents each. -There seems to be some other questionable policies, like I saw a sign that said you have to pay to pick up your own package or something. Again, not sure if that's standard, but it seems pretty anti-consumer considering people already paid for shipping.
