★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My package worth of $2,500 was delivered to the wrong address... I have to wait 5 days for their investigation... Never get it, so I have to call the seller to help me out. Too pricey but yet have aVery bad service... Never again to this company!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in an apartment and I specifically instructed to buzz in and knock on my door. But they never do that. They would always leave the notice by my mailbox assuming that nobody is home. They’ve done this three times already and during these times, I was home all day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This UPS store won't accept my packages to be delivered here with MyChoice. I first selected their location online - rejected since they were temporarily "closed" for maintenance so I selected another location. Upon seeing that my second location was too far from my home now, the support team told me to deliver the package here instead. As such I went around in circles with the UPS MyChoice until the package was finally delivered here. As I expected, it wasn't closed at all. Maybe the owners just don't want new business?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager mislabeled my packages which were clearly labeled as to where they were supposed to go - tried calling in with no offer of assistance, went to UPS contact corporate with no help either. Will not use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. I’ve had to go into this location several times because they’re close to my house. But this was the last. Don’t care if I have to travel halfway across town.
The employees who work here don’t care, are rude and not not helpful at all.
I would rather pay the money for a flight and deliver my packages personally rather than give business to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Return process which usually takes 5 mind in canada post took 30 mins. Was very slow, not nice and showed attitude cause it was first time there and I didnt know how to pack, answers were with attitude as well. Bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They're supposed to be open on Saturday between 10am - 3pm but they are not open, we have an important package to be picked up and we called on Thursday to make sure we can pick it up on Saturday but we showed up to the store locked up and no one responding to calls or door. Very frustrating.
