★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this location yesterday for a passport photo, and It wasn't the first time to take my photos in this location. I was surprised that they charged me more than what was written on the website and what I paid before. I asked the guy have you changed your prices, he said "NO".
Then I checked my receipts, last time I paid for 2 photos and digital photo $28.23 with tax, and yesterday they charged me $32.71

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please post your hours as closing at 6:30pm, and then put up a "Sorry We Missed You - Back in 5 Minutes" sign on your door at 6:10pm. I waited there for 10 minutes, and nobody opened the store back up. I had to run over to the UPS Store on Dufferin to actually get service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to get my passport photos done. There were 2 people a head of me. Only one worker here. & This elderly man employee takes more than 60 mins each customer. He cannot get anything right when inputting data to the computer. The people before me literally took the keyboard from him to do it correctly themselves. The service here is horrible. HORRIBLE!!
