Paid for express shipping to Ukraine. At supposed day of the delivery it turned out the shipment is still on hold in Canada because the sender should provide ID again. But it was shown at the time of drop off. Nobody called either sender or receiver to inform about that. So we paid for express shipping and instead we received awful service and no delivery at all.
