Edit: notice they only reply to reviews to redirect blame and disassociate themselves with UPS. Its ridiculous that there is no communication and no responsibility.

They were very versatile and had a solution based attitude in handling my challenges.
I was in the store with a client for over 20 minutes and the standard of service they provide each customer even if they were not able to assist them was impeccable. Keep up the great work ladies.
