Extremely un-professional therapist out of their Toronto location, Shankari Sharma, was treating my daughter for depression and eating disorder. My daughter had a breakdown in their session and began crying uncontrollably - this cold detached person simply stared at her without speaking, making her feel awkward and stupid. In a place where she should have felt safe, she felt abandoned. Nice job.

Libby is a true gem with her follow up, and her willingness to hear me out, and offering the proper guidance in connecting me with Shankari. The therapy centre is so fortunate to have a wonderful intake coordinator like Libby, who truly cares for the individuals calling in to this business. I really appreciated how warm and welcoming she was, and making this process much easier for me.
Shankari is wonderful and I am so fortunate to have connected with a therapist who understood my concerns, with a deeper insight into underlying factors (cultural, societal and psychological) regarding my diagnoses. Thank you Shankari and Libby- I would highly recommend the therapy centre to anyone needing support.

By tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique circumstances and needs, they provide impeccable opportunities for learning and growing. From first hand experience with their therapists, psychologists and supporting staff, I can confidently say that they go above and beyond for clients. Also, a huge appreciation to Dr. Maria Antoniou for her exceptional care, guidance and compassionate heart!

The team has always been so welcoming and helpful with organizing sessions and ensuring I get the proper treatment. The environment is very comforting, cozy and makes you feel safe. The psychologist that I have been seeing is very professional. I always leave feeling heard, understood and leave with coping strategies and a goal to focus on. I highly recommend their services.
