I have been going to massage therapy for chronic pain pretty much all my life, and I have about 7 different RMT’s I see, but The Therapeutic Collective is now at the very top of my list! I ended up going here on a whim shortly after they opened and it’s easily become my favourite massage therapy clinic. I’ve only seen Andrew a couple of times but he was always very welcoming and really helped me with my tight neck muscles. Karl I see on a regular basis, and I seriously can’t say enough amazing things about him. He is so friendly and kind, he really takes the time to get to know you and listen to what you have to say and what you need, and he shows absolutely no judgement whatsoever (which I sadly can’t say is true of all RMT’s). He makes sure you feel comfortable and safe during sessions and he is absolutely phenomenal at what he does. He has helped me with my chronic back pain so much, and is the only RMT who has successfully been able to figure how to treat my chronic leg pain. He is also exceptional if you happen to like deep pressure/deep tissue massage like me, but he is always always able to easily adjust to what I need during each session. He is a true wholistic healer in every sense of the word and I always look forward to my visits with him. They direct bill to insurance no problem, you can easily book online (which I personally prefer having the option to do) and the building itself/the ambience of the treatment rooms is warm, cozy and inviting. They are also conveniently located in the downtown core of Maple Ridge. I highly recommend The Therapeutic Collective to anyone in need of a well trained, experienced RMT, who is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable and have your pain dealt with in a professional yet kind and caring manner. I will continue coming back here again and again!

Andrew is a fantastic therapist. His treatments are always designed around my specific needs. I feel as though he is mapping out my nerves and releasing my pain. I have had substantial decrease of pain and tingling and I am grateful I found him. When I want to chat he is always willing. When I need quiet, he is attuned to that. Five stars.

I’ve had terrible neck pain. I’d visited my chiropractor several times previously but it did not help. My doctor told me that I should try a massage. I’ve never had a massage before and I was sceptical that it could reduce my pain. I walked into Therapuric Collective and made an appointment, they were polite and informative. After the first massage my pain was gone! To be honest I was very surprised that the massage had such a dramatic result. The place was clean, the masseur was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. If I have any problems with my neck or back I will visit them again.

Very happy they opened up in Maple Ridge, as their massage services are much needed in our town. Andrew is professional and does great deep tissue massages. I go back regularly and highly recommend him.

I happened to be walking by the clinic late last year and chatted with Andrew regarding my upper back issue. He was very informative and took the time to explain what could be wrong and how to relieve some of the tightness; this was all even before booking an appointment. I've been to quite a few RMT clinics throughout the Lower Mainland over the past five years, but Andrew is the first I've come across to show actual care. I've booked multiple appointments since then and each time I feel Andrew finds a different technique to treating my injury that gives me improved mobility. As well, I don't feel rushed throughout the appointment, which reduces any stress that is all too common at other clinics. Keep up the great work!
