★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG... if you ever in huntsville vacationing or just luve hear please please try the Thai hut just adjacent to the swing Bridge...they have amazing food guaranteed..I just had the tom yum soup...absolutely amazing..my son had the chicken strips with fried and gravey . You won't be sorry you stopped...ive had a few other dishes before..and equally as good...
Thank you very much for the amazing food...definitely my favorite food hut..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Thai Hut always pleases. We got two shrimp spring rolls in that sticky wrap with peanut sauce to spoon or dip and they were delicious. Fresh, crunchy carrots and lots of crisp lettuce. Then I had Hot red curry and rice that was hot. I got it with chicken. I can still taste that creamy Thai curry flavor. My wife got a chicken noodle dish that was huge and bursting in a multitude of flavors. $38 without the tip. Great taste great value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. Not authentic as advertised (no surprise there I guess). The amount of obviously previously frozen veggies in my pad Thai was pathetic, it was approximately a spoonful of broccoli and nothing else. What was broccoli even doing in my pad Thai? The chicken was dry. The watery sauce was not a sauce that should have been in pad thai- it tasted like teriyaki. They told us 10-15 minutes to stand and wait after we ordered at the food truck and it was almost 40 minutes before we got our food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suddenly has become my fave spot to stop heading north. Huntsville people... you have a real treat here!! Those deep fried shrimp... so much better than I expected. Mango salad.. yum, and poutine... multiple layers of gravy and curds. Well played Thai lady (super friendly).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nok is such a great person and Thai chef. Nok has a food truck in Huntsville that has been going strong for 7 years. Once you ordered the food is started. Nothing is made before hand. Nok uses super fresh veg as well. I loved the medium spicy Pad Thai and crispy not greasy shrimp rolls. Definitely worth a visit. I will be back.
