★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff seemed like they were completely miserable. It’s hard to know what the mask policy of each establishment is you go while on vacation. I went to the bathroom and got screamed at across the room to put my mask on while the staff member hollering at me was wearing a mask on her chin all night long. There’s a way to say it gently simply because someone may have not known the policy versus creating a negative environment and saying it in an incriminating tone. It’s unfortunate because it’s the best five pin facility around but we will not be back due to the hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my mentally delayed brother there for his birthday, and community living didn’t provide us with a QR code. Just the regular “passport”.
They were very rude and definitely not understanding regarding this situation.
He was very disappointed as we were talking about going bowling for a month.
Unfortunately due to Covid, there wasn’t anything else we could take him to to enjoy his big day out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travelled from out of town to come here, booked ahead of time and when we arrived they had booked us in for 5pin and not the 10 pin we had asked for and they made no efforts to accomodate us, own up to the mistake, or anything. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a Birthday in advance and they helped with nothing. Paid for lunch and bowl and didn't give any cutlery for the kids for their food and no ketchup for their fries. HAD TO WAIT IN LINEUP TO GET KETCHUP PAKAGES ( that should have been on table already. No worker came back to our birthday party so we had to pick up their dishes and deliver them to the counter. I left a generous tip of 10 percent that they didn't deserve a penny. Will NEVER BE BACK AGAIN. Very poor service, we really miss the old owners and operators!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely decorated with a Halloween theme. Clean washrooms. The two pool tables were not in use. Very good food for a bowling alley! I enjoyed my grilled chicken burger (was surprised to find two strips of bacon which I gave to my nephew). The fries were also very good! The server was pleasant and the food came in good time. The other staff member could have been nicer, but maybe it was the end of the shift and she had a long day.
If you're looking for a bowling alley with wooden lanes, you'll be disappointed. Despite that, the surface was not flat. There was plastic to separate the lanes and a bottle of sanitizer on each table. My group had a lot of fun because bowling is fun and we kept it light for the young ones.
