★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOVE this place! It's immaculately clean and the service is wonderful. If that weren't enough, the decor is super fun and refreshing - definitely not your typical snooze-fest spa. My pedicure was fantastic and I would definitely recommend THE TEN SPOT West Kelowna!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never once cried about a service I received until now. Great place, great staff, however the lady absolutely destroyed my beautiful, thick eyebrows. I specifically asked for JUST A CLEAN UP. For reference, I have attached 2 photos. One is of the first time I got my eyebrows done here-PHENOMENAL job, which is why I returned. However look at the second photo. She took off a quarter of my brows and made it so thin. The beginning of your eyebrow is supposed to start at the corner of your eyes. You can take a pen and do it yourself against my photos. I have tried to fill them in since coming home, more like trying to draw on a part of it completely and it is impossible to make it look good. I can't stop crying about how long it took to grow these brows out and how quickly she destroyed it in less than 10 minutes. The worst part is that nothing can be done to fix this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want a real gel mani this isn't the place. Although it was clean, comfortable and the staff was kind and attentive my manicure was simply a waste of money. After 5 days I look like I need a new one already. My nail chipped, my cuticles are ragged and the grow out looks like it's been 2 weeks! I'm disappointed because I definitely expect more from what I paid. Perhaps another technician would have been better. Unfortunately I don't remember her name sorry I can't help there. They have other services so I would still say it's worth checking out for waxing etc. Just not a proper manicure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Years ago I came in for a wax and had a poor experience. Thought I'd try again and saw a different Esthetician, Lauren. HANDS DOWN this is the BEST wax I've ever had. She was fast, she was super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Obviously a Brazilian wax isn't necessarily pain free but she did such a fantastic job. It was the least painful Brazilian I've ever had. 10/10. Will be a regular client with Lauren.
